Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all KittyLoop orders. If you're not satisfied — for any reason, including your cat simply ignoring it — contact us and we'll make it right.
Our 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a full or partial refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at kittyloop.service@gmx.de with your order number in the subject line
- Briefly describe the issue — we will review and respond within 1 business day
- We will confirm the outcome of your request by email and advise on any next steps
- Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days and appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Damaged or Defective Items
If your KittyLoop arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Returns
Return requirements are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated at the time of your refund request. In many cases no return is necessary, but we reserve the right to request the item back where we consider it appropriate.
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date. Outside this window, we are unable to guarantee a refund, but please contact us — we will do our best to assist you.
Exceptions
- Digital products (the KittyLoop Cat Enrichment Guide) are non-refundable once downloaded
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- Orders that have previously received a partial refund may not be eligible for a further full refund on the same order
- In cases of suspected abuse of our returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse a refund
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different bundle size, please request a refund for your original order and place a new order.
