Shipping Policy
We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping times, costs, and tracking process.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Times
- United States: 5โ10 business days (standard shipping)
- Canada & Mexico: 7โ14 business days
- Europe: 7โ14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10โ18 business days
- Rest of world: 10โ21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays outside our control once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Orders of $59.99 or more: Free shipping worldwide
- Orders under $59.99: Standard shipping cost calculated at checkout based on destination
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. If an order is refused or unclaimed at customs and returned to us, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping charge.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:
- Check with neighbours or building management in case of safe drop-off
- Wait 2 additional business days โ tracking occasionally updates before delivery
- Contact your local carrier with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at kittyloop.service@gmx.de and we will do our best to assist you
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Contact us at kittyloop.service@gmx.de immediately if you notice an error. We can update your address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
